Consulting:

If a client requires our sustained support and expertise from assessment of a challenge or opportunity through the development, implementation, and measurement of creative solutions, we will provide a tailored scope of work for a negotiable monthly fee.  The fee will vary depending upon the amount of support required.

We have worked with ongoing consulting clients for as little as $1,500 / month, up to $7,500 / month.  All clients are encouraged to begin with a 3, 6, or 12 month commitment.  Near the conclusion of the initial agreement, we encourage clients to re-evaluate to determine if all needs are being met.  A that point, we will consider month-to-month engagements on a case-by-case basis if requested by the client.

Training:

Want to learn how to plan, prepare, predict, prevent, respond, and recover from a crisis situation? Are you interested in improving your social media content? Are you having trouble determining how to market yourself or your business on a limited budget?

Those clients for whom a regular, recurring monthly consulting engagement is not the right fit, Privileged Communication will prepare customized half or full-day training seminars for staff and other key stakeholders.  The fee for this service varies from a little as $500 for a half-day seminar with 5 or fewer participants, up to $2,000 for a full-day seminar for a group of 25 or more.

“Regardless of the scope of work and any challenges faced along the way, every business consultant’s primary responsibility is to leave each client in a better position at the end, than they were at the beginning.”
